Self-evaluation of the Nordic Research Schools

2007-04-10

The Nordic Graduate School of Language Technology is one of the schools in Humanities and Social Sciences being evaluated by NordForsk. Here you find questions for the Self-evaluation (download here), that we hope all students, supervisors, board members and other members of the NGSLT will answer.

NGSLT's self-evaluation (pdf) was sent to NordForsk on 30th April.

2007-11-13

We have now received NordForsk's report on our evaluation (pdf). The report is very positive! We received the general part of the report afterwards (pdf).

Policy for Course Participation

2006-11-02 (revised 2008-04-16)

It is expected that students who have received NGSLT financial support to take a course complete the whole course. It may exceptionally be possible to take part in a course for a smaller number of credits with the teacher's agreement (though not less than 2 ECTS credits per trip). This should be negotiated before costs are incurred. Failure to complete a course may result in future applications for support being turned down.

Supervisors will be contacted when students apply for a course and again when students finish (or fail to finish) a course.
